Microsoft is a beached whale!

Television networks should be hesitant to kill a television series without winding it down with a viable conclusion, not just chopping the show off with no regard for the viewers. Let's let them know how we feel about being left hanging!

Three series that pop into mind are AMC's "Rubicon", a very well written and acted series, "Vegas" on CBS, and most recently A&E's "the Glades".

I'm not at all embarrassed to admit that I become somewhat emotionally involved with plots, characters and talented writing. I also understand that a series must meet investors financial expectations. However, I believe funds should be set aside at inception in the event a show is to be cancelled, to cover a closing episode that will leave loyal viewers with reasonable closure.
